1. Don’t bow to the will of others (Be Yourself)

Be authentic, don’t fear what others will think of you. If you have an opinion share it with confidence and passion. You don’t have to always be accepted by others it is more important that you accept yourself. Your true friends will accept you for who you are and not who you think they want you to be.


2. Appreciate what you have and where you are in life

There will always be someone who has more then you and others who have less then you. Where ever you are in life appreciate what you have and where you are. There are many people who have nothing and have an appreciation for nothing more then life. While some who have everything and don’t have an appreciation for anything. 3. Find positivity in every situation

It’s impossible to have a positive life with a negative mindset. If you can find positivity in what seems like a bad situation you might realize that those situations where actually new doors opening up to you offering you a better life. Positivity can spread quickly, influencing others in a magical and wonderful way.


4. Let go of your need to control

Learn to let go, to trust and have faith that everything in life will be taken care of. It requires a lot of faith, let go of your fears and mistrust to live in the moment. Take deep breaths and trust that everything in your life will be ok.


5. Drop any and all resentment within

Resentment and anger cause fatigue and exhaustion. You only hurt yourself when you hold on to bitterness and resentment. You are most certainly not hurting the person or thing you resent. Forgiveness and love will set you free, giving you an abundance of energy and life.


6. Live in the moment

Be conscious and aware of the present, use all of your senses to enjoy and live in the moment. It doesn’t help to dwell about the past or be anxious about the future. Live in the present and you will enjoy a happier life.

7. Avoid overanalyzing

Don’t overanalyze people, things or situations. When you overanalyze you can create stress and worry which is caused by fear. You are going to make mistakes in life and that is ok. Without mistakes you can’t grow as a person, take the time to silence your mind and just relax.


8. Don’t worry about the future

It is a waste of time to worry about the future. You can’t control or create the future and to try and do so will only cause you to miss out on the best parts of your life. Sometimes the things in life you predict will be the worst, end up being the best things to happen to you.


9. Lose your ego

The ego exists to try and give you a sense of self-importance or self-worth by creating a self-image of you. The ego can be negative or positive and can hinder you in many ways by creating feeling of insecurity, worthlessness or inadequacy. By letting go of your ego you open yourself up to becoming more open minded and supportive to others.


10. Have an open mind

When you have an open mind you are willing to try new things, hear and consider new ideas which could have a major positive impact on you. When living without an open mind you are making the world you live in smaller which will keep you from reaching your full potential.
